OSHA-Compliant Fall Safety Equipment
ATTENTION: The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OHSA) Board has extended the enforcement of the Fall Protection Standard for Residential Construction Companies (Read Full Press Release from OSHA). Originally the standard was set to be enforced on September 15th, 2012, now all residential construction companies have until March 15th, 2013 to meet fall directive (STD 03-11-002). Construction crews must be compliant if working above six feet or provide a written, site-specific fall protection plan in compliance with 29 CFR 1926.502(k).
For full details on the OSHA Compliance Directive, visit our Fall Protection Safety Equipment site, which we’ve devoted entirely to the new OSHA Directive STD 03-11-022.
